While it may seem that — once again — everything in your life has changed over the past few weeks due to COVID-19, please know that the support available through our group for survivors of a suicide loss remains constant. Having the rug pulled out from under you may be a familiar feeling — a feeling often experienced with the loss of a loved one to suicide — and may bring up difficult feelings for you during this time. Please know that you do not have to process those feelings alone. For everyone’s safety during this time, we are not meeting in person, but we are meeting online. Everyone is invited to join us regardless of the time that has passed since your loss.
You do not need any computer or technical skills to join our online meetings, and you can even call in on your phone. The instructions to join our meeting through Zoom are below. Meeting times remain every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm Eastern Time (ET). We are grateful that through Zoom we have been able to connect with survivors who are out of town and with our local group.
