I just wanted to let you and everyone in group know that I never would have imagined 5 months ago, the shape that Shannon and I were in, that by walking into a group of total stranger would turn our lives around. Never thinking that anyone of you would be able to help us in this darkest time of our lives! Boy was I wrong, I cannot even begin to imagine my life without you all (THAT’S FROM MY HEART)! To be able to be ourselves, laugh, cry and not be judged by anyone has helped me so much in dealing with the loss of my sister! I’ve learned from you all how to deal with my emotions instead of pushing them away! To get those emotions up and out of me has been a tremendous relief! I can’t thank you all enough for being the best group of people I have ever met!!! I love you all and look forward to our Wednesdays! They can’t come fast enough!
